Bluebird Botanicals, a Louisville CBD and hemp extract producer, has bought Denver-based CBD product maker Precision Botanicals.
Phrases of the deal weren’t disclosed.
The acquisition offers Bluebird, a commerce title for Gaia Botanicals LLC, entry to Precion’s Oregon hemp processing facility.
